5 stars: Convenient to use \u0026 easy to load in tickets ordered. Wish there was an option to show cheap, convenient connections if you are okay to sleep part of a day in a city that is a stop along the long distance journey, for more than some train connections from Prague to Amsterdam or Belgian cities are either expensive or very inconvenient during the night.
3 stars: Some parts work while others are quite elaborate and complicated. If the trip is changed by DB (cancellation) it is NOT updated. Still need to check the emails, which somewhat defeats the objective...
3 stars: Not bad, but still needs some UX polishing and better English localization as not all parts are properly translated. Some more features could be added, like allow to buy seat reservations for multiple people if I would like to buy reservation after purchasing tickets. Also, if reservation was bought after the ticket it would be good to see it in the ticket info, not just in an additional email.

4 stars: mostly works the way it should. Interface is fine but could be reduced in complexity and of redundancies.
4 stars: Has improved and now it's convenient. If a train gets canceled, the compensation form could be less bureaucratic and via the app. But in general good to have the check in without contact, etc.
