3 stars: It does a good job and is kept in a lean fashion, which makes it easy to use. They have two charges that are added to your bill without prior warning, which added 20% to my final bill. While I accept the small service charge, I find it hard to understand why I also need to pay a hefty technology charge. That is just frustrating because the app would be very good otherwise.

3 stars: It is a good app when it's actually working. Needs lots of improvement. ETA is not accurate at all. Pickup location/GPS is spotty as well.
5 stars: Brilliant, usually my request for a drive on uber gets declined constantly till the 3rd or 4th time till someone usually finally gives me a lift but this app it was instant and if i get declined it instantly finds another its brilliant, honestly a life save, i highy recommend
5 stars: What a great app, needed to get my elderly mum and bags from the hotel to the station, booked and in the cab in 3 minutes. Driver was really courteous and helpful, cab scrupulously clean. Can't recommend it enough
5 stars: Great in London. Much quicker than Uber. More expensive but I only take cabs rarely and need speed and reliability when I do
