3 stars: Nothing shows in the app notification when their customer service keeps making annoying calls. If a customer has paid the bills at least just do a favor by providing the service and stop making annoying calls. Don't they do any research on their market, generation groups that use their service, and that millenials prefer text and app notifications to phone calls?
4 stars: The customer service is great they keep checking on you if you experience any trouble with the service and after , while doing something like upgrading ur service may take quite a while and there r some questionable decision on UI showing how u see whether u past the FUP or not on this recent app version ( its only show the usage not the limit ) other than that the rest are great not that i use other feature alot tho.
3 stars: Problem solved, but have to wait for night. This 3 stars for the app, not for the engineer who solved my problem. Thanks but next time better.
5 stars: Over all, the services quite good enough and the customer service solve my problem to login this apps.
3 stars: Somehow, this app need direct connection to indihome wifi and may cause some issues in process. Ex: I navigate to 'manage subscription', this caused my modem to abruptly resets then my speed dropped. I need to do multiple resets until my speed restored to normal.
