5 stars: I HAVE to give 5 stars because without this ONE app I would not have been able to work through the pandemic. It runs smooth and does its job as intended. Its the default for video conferencing applications.
4 stars: I love using zoom, I to be clear I am using it free not paying for usage but I regularly find it has issues with the bandwidth, I do believe that if I was paying for it it would be the most perfect video streaming app in the world, but currently I'm not paying for it so it's good... Nothing more
4 stars: It's a good application but sometime the connection gets poor inspite of having a good internet bandwidth, I personally feel there could be an improvement in that area also I feel the minimum duration of a session ( unpaid version ) should be 60 minutes instead of 40 minutes .
4 stars: it's great for small meetings I feel but things do go wrong when in larger groups. Screens get frozen of the hosts. Yesterday on my a.m. zoom meeting in a large group I just kept being thrown out of zoom when clicking to joi the breakout rooms we were being sorted into.. Any suggestions?
4 stars: Great way to stay in touch visually if not in person. Sometimes takes a little maneuvering to navigate but always worth the effort.
