3 stars: Updated 10/17/21... My issue is Everytime there is an update I can not get it to load up to even play for a few days. All my other games I play are fine

3 stars: Once again the game won't load. Sigh. Also, when purchasing a buff item for a hospital floor using hearts eared from helping others, a message says the item is now in the free place. Well where is that? How do I get to this mysterious place?
5 stars: I uninstalled the game by accident and went to put it back on and now I have to start from the beginning
3 stars: Love this game. It was great to start with. Shame about the problems and then the unhelpful reply from tech support to the point I can't use my helicopter, ambulance or Space craft which means that's half game I can't play so it get boring so I might find another game to play instead. I have contacted the support staff and had no success with sorting out the problems.
3 stars: This game is so fun. BUT, we should have the option of at least watching an ad, or a sequence of ads, for the special rooms(waiting room, ICU). I have probably 10-12 floors of empty rooms. I am thinking of uninstalling and then reload to see if I can start over. It's just to expensive to add more waiting rooms. Everything works like it should. I just can't get the bottles I need to get upgrades.
