3 stars: Not bad. Improvement suggestion would be to let the customer choose the pickup place (drive thru or inside) upon arrival, like the McDonald's app does. It's a gamble as one cannot the drive thru length and speed until one gets there after the order was placed, and then one can be stuck in the slow drive thru lane for 30 minutes or more.
4 stars: I love the app but it can be frustrating as some days certain options just don't work when other days they do. For example, I like my bacon ranch wrap with no sauce. Last week I could hit the minus sign on the ranch dressing and it worked fine, today I've re-openned the app 3 times and the sauce is stuck at regular, the minus sign is greyed out. Still a great app tho! Love my Timmies!
5 stars: It is easy to use, there are great offers, and I never have points issues. I generally scan the app at the drive thru but haven't used it to order pickup yet.
3 stars: App would not work after last update, it took un installing and re installing 4 times to get it to work again, aside from that the new update is not any better or worse than it wass before. I do agree with others thar it is silly and a waste of time to have to activate cupons, it is as useless as a tim bibe or whatever they are calling them now, just apply the offers automatically but we all know why you don't
