4 stars: Not bad... 30bucks (spent that for few magazines or coffee) for a year. Contains quick vegetarian recipes, music for focus, meditation, exercise videos and some daily trackers. Unlike calm (or similar apps) app can be minimized and still continues to play music (big plus). Exercise videos are very fast paced. I'd like to see something relaxing also, maybe some quick sitting stretches for all of us that work from home...
4 stars: phone version is great but I prefer to hook my laptop up to the TV. not all of the workouts are available on the desktop version
4 stars: This was my first workout in years, and it's a good thing that I have a little understanding of yoga (very little). wow, awesome and tough. I must stick with it...it is a lifestyle change for me. Back to health. thanks

4 stars: Before registering, I was asked questions about what my goal was. After signing up it's like I'm on n'y own looking at the app, there's no guide. I'm a beginner.
4 stars: This app has a lot of options for general wellness. Many workouts of different lengths, daily reminders, recipes and workout challenges. I wish it had a tracker to show how many days I've completed a habit (it does have this for workouts) and the yoga isn't really yoga but it's a reasonable facsimile. It even has music that is good for studying.
