5 stars: Use this app for a wide array of things; sleep, chronic pain, stress, mindfulness. I love the way it is set up and the beginner direction or provides. Don't be scared to deviate and try new exercises, you'll find what works for you. Worth the cost.

Absolutely worth trying, as the quality of the meditations themselves is excellent. Interesting semi-guided meditations, with more levels than Headspace. A hidden gem of an app
5 stars: Just subscribed lifetime because the creators of this app deserve something in return for what a fantastic job there done, beyond the 1 year free trial. My life is genuinely improving because of using Balance to do daily meditations and I know this is going to stick. With this app at least, meditation isn't just a task I gotta do...I actually look forward to doing it each day. I know I'll be using it for years to come. Well done, guys!
