5 stars: I used to use Doordash. I kept having orders taken to the wrong place, drivers who would miss items (mostly drinks) and it could take an hour for food that I could pick up in fifteen minutes. Postmates has fixed all these issues. The drivers are all very professional, and being able to see how a driver is rated and how many deliveries they have made gives me much more confidence in the driver. Keep up the good work Postmates!
4 stars: They are good just some times they do not notify of all things needing to changed and they forget items but for someome to pick my things for me I can't complain to much I think they do the best they can because can not be perfect. Still a solid 8 on trying to fix or give return. A solid 9 on the app. And solid 10 on the drives they have and there service.
3 stars: For some ungodly reason, the GOS for the delivery drivers is misplaced block away, consistently. It's very obvious where my address is in Google Maps and even in the app itself, but delivery people (over a dozen) keep mixing it up.
5 stars: App is pretty easy and straight forward. Just make sure to wait till the final screen to get the full amount due. Some people thing the cart is the total. Not exactly. Great app though.
