3 stars: Rapido R8S: after a big update the options on the app are a lot better and choosing rooms was a good function to have. There are still times when the robot just straight up doesn't respond, or drives around the whole apartment instead of returning directly to home base. I would like to have the option for the robot to 'clean until battery low' or 'choose number of cleaning cycles' as it never gets everything in one pass of the floor.
5 stars: ABIR X8 robot vacuum works well with the app. Unlike most of the comments, I have had no problems so far. Map updates fast. Map editing is easy. You can control the robot manually via the app, but there is a lot of latency. Wish there was a Japanese language pack, but not sure if that is the app or robot vacuum's limitation.
3 stars: I've been using it for a year and all of a sudden it's not keeping the map :/ and forgets were it stopped.
4 stars: Very good app but can't reset data of total cleaning area, total cleaning time etc.
3 stars: It is usable but recently I have been locked out for several days due to a backend issue
3 stars: Pretty simple to setup, just keep in mind that depending on your robot it needs to be on 2.4ghz wifi network. the only thing that would make this app perfect would be able to configure the schedule to clean a particular room and not only the whole house. Devs!, can you please add this? Thank you.
