4 stars: Just takes some times to disburse the loan amount and takes a lot of time for verification and no customer service.. while reading all these reviews I was scared that I have to wait for 7-10 days but I am glad that within 24hrs I received my amount.. please add some customer service as well ..it will be more better
3 stars: Very poor app.. Since morning I am trying to talk to them regarding my issue of excess payment but no replies from them.. They dont even have a toll free number.. I gave my second installment on time.. And soon after 4 hrs, the auto debit thing happened, and now my money is debited twice..! I am urgeing for a refund of the second amount but no response from them.. Pathetic experience..!
5 stars: Awesome experience! Applied instantly in app .With in 3 days after multiple verification call ,my money got disbursed. Yes no customer care number available,but they will call sure if they need any information . I got one customer care number,I used to call them Send an email .they will response in 48hrs . Genuine app.
