4 stars: Finger print authentication doesn't work properly, still requires login and password. When you reset the feature it worked property briefly.
3 stars: App log in issues October 8, 2021. Password changes multiple times and still cant log in. :(
3 stars: Good app most of the time sometimes glitches or has etror pages pop up which can be frustrating

5 stars: very convenient and if there is a glitch, the nearest office is helpful, and the app is ironed out in a short matter of time with updates.
3 stars: UI is nice enough. Won't let me do a cash advance/pay day loan. Redirects me to the website for processing, would be much better if I could see the status of my loan as well. When logging in it has the option for Fingerprint ID but everytime I do it it just gets to log in anyway.
