5 stars: I like the previous website and spp layout it was much easier to find your favorite/new episode or video. Otherwise great app.
3 stars: Subtitles are WAY too small when watching on a tablet. I can barely read them!!
4 stars: It is a wonderfull app. As it gives a chance to the fans to interact with their artists but there is a problem it doesn't gives subtitles so it difficult to understand sometimes when they speak in their mother the people who speak english are not able to understand and interact.
4 stars: I like this app, but I do hope they add subtitles because fans from different countries or all over the world in general sometimes can't understand what their idols are saying. There may be some people who post clips with subtitles on YouTube but I still hope to see subtitles in VLive as to watch the whole video/live.
5 stars: I would love it if it had automatic translations across the bottom of lives. I am learning Korean but until I've learned enough to know what they're saying, it would be amazing to have live translation captions .
3 stars: The app is great and all...it was working fine until yesterday...it suddenly doesn't open anymore even though I didn't do anything for that to happen...it just stops at the logo... and I tried contacting to the help centre but even that isn't opening!! such a frustrating problem pls fix it
