5 stars: Works pretty good. Only had one issue where it couldn't find the restaurant where we live. Reset the app and it worked great.

4 stars: Easy to use but my husband always fail on payment part. Delete n reload again still doesn't work. Mine has no problem at all.
4 stars: Fairly easy to use. Like the drive-thru pickup option. Only problem is that it occasionally asks to do an update while in the middle of placing your order. Interrupting the order will cause it to be cleared in most instances.
