3 stars: Had the understanding that I had the Pro version but came to find out it's the basic version...just starting to use it and found out that if I had upgraded in June it would have been lifetime prescription...wish there was more info detailing this within the pkging or app :( Definitely would have purchased the upgrade if known about it :'(

3 stars: Why do you need location info for Bluetooth connection? This software is very useful, but the credits are far too expensive for what they do. Couple that with one-click apps that charge you every single time you enable or disable a feature whether it works or not and you get a frustrating experience. Turning something off that you paid to enable should never cost anything in my opinion.

3 stars: I've had this and their Bluetooth reader for couple months. I originally bought it for certain little things like windows going down with the remote or passenger mirror dip when reversing. So far my 2017 Golf R isn't capable for any of the things I want to do. I've searched through almost all the things that's available and maybe 90% says your car isn't compatible. I had high hopes, the app and product kind of disappointed...
