4 stars: Mostly this is a very good cab firm. Pre-booked cab for 12.30 called by driver at 12.28 to say he was 1hour away and could I wait. \

3 stars: Good service with cars and drivers. Always have problems saving destinations for return journey as I prefer to have that set up when booking. It offers suggestions but when I tap and try to save it will not let me. Would be 5* when I can save every time.
5 stars: There is nothing wrong with the new update. To know the price click on the message which will be the red item saying 1. Plus when your putting your phone number leave the xero off. Also when you get a text too say who your driver is click on the blue message it will give you your driver and how many minutes
