3 stars: Updated 10/17/21... My issue is Everytime there is an update I can not get it to load up to even play for a few days. All my other games I play are fine
3 stars: Once again the game won't load. Sigh. Also, when purchasing a buff item for a hospital floor using hearts eared from helping others, a message says the item is now in the free place. Well where is that? How do I get to this mysterious place?

3 stars: Why do I need to restart the game everytime a patient goes to the wellness area now? I can't do anything else because the finger doesn't let me go back so I have to close the game. Very annoying

3 stars: I really like this game concept and I would love to play it more. However the wait times for things make it almost impossible to play and I got bored within a few minutes. It's like 5 seconds of play every couple of hours, even with ads. I would love this game and likely play it frequently if they made some changes to the game mechanics to make it more enjoyable.
