5 stars: This is such an amazing way to make technology a useful and practical tool that actually helps people name what they may be struggling with, where they may not have otherwise been able to clearly see. CBT is work, but its worth it and this app is a great support (nag) to keep with it, even for those isolated, alienated or lacking real supports. Great idea, makes mental health a daily regime as it should be.
5 stars: I'm enjoying your app so far. I would enjoy to have more variety on emotions to choose from. As well as being able to have further chats with the bot. To my the personality test and label isn't a very helpful aspect. I feel it could be more accurate had the test included more questions. Also having a place inside the app to send suggestions would be good. Thanks for making Youper!
5 stars: Absolutely incredible experience when using this app. Its like having your own personal counsellor in the palm of your hand. I've been doing daily meditation sessions each morning and I feel SO much better. Best part is that it's completely free!! No hidden ads or annoyances. I wouldn't mind donating a few $$ for this study of yours. Youper is a blessing.
