3 stars: Slow, glitchy. Sometimes have to tap 5-6 times for it to register. Can't change duties list(as case manager) without erasing entire thing and starting from scratch. Wont accept touch for client care without going into comment mode, even for a yes answer. Frequently have to retype comments at least once for it to register. Frequently (couple times/month) won't let caregivers log in at all.
3 stars: App now requires two more steps to log in or out. Often does not let me log in with fingerprint. Reasons tasks were not performed often seem to disappear. I can't tell who wrote notes or when. After being off a day or two, i log in \u0026 I'm prompted to listen to notes which turn out to be my own. Sometimes i would like to look at some past note but that's not an option.
5 stars: I've had a very pleasant experience using this app. Depending on the phone you have is how the location services works best. I have a Samsung so I'd recommend after switching from Apple using this app. That Samsung phones work the best. However this app is very easy to use, and I definitely enjoy using this app for work.

I should not be required to enter my PW every time I log on, I have a setting that remembers that for me, yet it asks for it every time.
