5 stars: Been using site for quite a while now. Very easy to use and overall good experiences. Dhgate has always been there if there were any issues. Have my favorites I use more than others but willing to try other sellers through this site for confident dhgate will always be far with any issues that may occur.
3 stars: Great app and arrived fast 👌 . I guess some sellers are different as this year I ordered in early July and as of 26th October still not received anything. Had a tracking number for a while but all in a language I do not understand. Also can't find anywhere on the app to speak to anyone at DH Gate about it .
5 stars: Great quality goods, pay attention to the sellers ratings, and I always message seller and ask for pics of actual item before I purchase..... shipping takes a long time but worth the wait!!!
5 stars: Overall good experience, most listings have detailed info, a place to ask questions, good prices and easy enough to navigate thru app. Refunds/replacement option would not work/go thru despite multiple tries on multiple days. Could improve that feature.
5 stars: App is good....BUT, trying to find a decent seller is a challenge for thr products u want to buy. May not always look like the pic, so it's a gamble.
