3 stars: Terrible service. It appears as if always right is a driver, not a client. Oh, and the app says there is no connection to the internet, although there is one. No credit card is accepted if an order is placed by phone. Payment method can only be changed via app. And true, some drivers charge for waiting immediately and then switch off the phone. PS. Correction. Got refunded within couple days. Two stars back up.
5 stars: I always get responses from the support in the app support chat, it might take several minutes, but still. Once I had an issue with the driver and was given a complementary promo to get a discount on the next ride. Works for me

3 stars: Not bad but no signal when taxi confirm the order - 1,2 - Android application map is not any more decreasing to show the nearest car (feature disappeared...)
