3 stars: I was able to create a custom notification sound but the loading time to view live feed still takes too long, which is crucial when you get a motion alert to see what is going on. Also, the camera won't pick up people walking towards the top of the screen but catches branches blowing in the wind. It only detects motion if you're within 10 ft, which doesn't help when you're watching a parking lot for car prowlers in the distance...
4 stars: Please give individual cameras the ability to give different notification sounds. I have 3 cameras. Two cameras monitoring not so critical areas and one camera monitoring a critical area. It would be better if I could give the critical area camera a different audible notification. That way without looking at my phone I would know it's most likely a High priority area that has been infiltrated. Otherwise I love your systems! Great job!
5 stars: My Appologies to Reolink. It was a coincidence that my troubles started right after the software UPDATE. My Router and splitter were changed and the App works fine now and I can use the cameras again! Sorry, but it happened at around the same time you made the changes; I decided to make changes on my own so I wouldn't have to buy new cameras and they both work. Again, your App works fine now.
