4 stars: Hopper is a cool app! It allows you to freeze prices of a flight, while browsing and seeing if there is a better price out there!! But, if you are a rewards member with the airline you book through them, you cannot add your rewards number for credit towards your rewards, unless you contact the airline directly. This needs to be updated within the app immediately. But, it's still cool! Especially if you get the carrot cash aspect.
3 stars: The app tells me about a cheap price flight, when I try to book it, it won't go further for me to pay. I try having support but the page won't load, the app is already up to date, have not been able to purchase tickets. Need a better customer service, why would I want the app if I can't purchase.
3 stars: Can't math! App identified a great price, I went to book, and it kept adding erroneous upgrades which I had removed. So, $44 +16 + 44 + 16 somehow equated to $121, and when I added the $5 tip, then it dropped below $100, but when I removed the $5 tip, went back up to $121. I'll book with the airline directly, thanks! If you fix your bug, maybe next time you can capture the sale.
5 stars: This is the best application i have ever used and they have a great costumer service team... I wouldn't use any other app. They give always the best prices and always ready to help if contacted and they follow the problem with you until the very end, until you are 100% satisfied
