5 stars: For the most part I don't have any problems with Postmates I really enjoyed ordering because way easier than having to go out and get it yourself. What I do have a problem with is the fact that sometimes when I try to communicate with support it takes a while and then it should never be a question customer's always right. I'll stay loyal customer soon as you guys fix that issue
3 stars: I've had this happen multiple times, where they mess up on my order. I know that's not a Postmates issue, it's the restaurants. But, it still happens more times than it should. However, I will say this, they are very quick to refund me when I've had an incorrect order.
3 stars: Most of the time my experience has been good with Postmates but there have been many times where my order has been delivered to my house and none of the food is right. I can't get a refund and I can't get the food back that I wanted so I gave it three stars because so many times I've ordered certain things and I get something totally different.
5 stars: My favorite app to order food. Best deals most places. User friendly. Great customer service. And gives a clear breakdown off all charges. like how I can add simple extra instructions. They are fair when they charge more as well. Love how they give the number for the restaurant too. Drivers follow instructions well.
