4 stars: Overall an easy app to use. One improvement that could be made is to automatically provide the option to use the rewards card to pay for the bookings. All of the card info could then auto populate the fields except for the security code.
3 stars: Keeps logging you out so if you're trying to use the app to show your boarding pass at security and at the gate you'll have to sign back in each time which inexplicably takes a couple minutes. Not ideal when surrounded by a bunch of other travelers in a hurry.
4 stars: Excellent app easy to change \u0026 cancel flights. Makes checking in as smoothe as possible for having to check in 24 hours in advance. I book flights on the website, it's the best way to see the lowest price. I also like that if the price on the flight changes you can change the flight and get the price difference.
4 stars: It's a little confusing for day-of stuff like checking flight delays, and the inflight experience is a little clunky with a lot of redirects to the browser, but it's still by far the best of the airline apps.
4 stars: Great prices but app just a bit confusing for a web neophite. I had a prior credit and had difficulty fuguring out that only the first 6 digits where the confirmation number. However, once I got hang of it, I feel more comfortable.
