3 stars: It's a good system and a decent app... just don't stop the monitoring because, if you do, you will lose the ability to use the app. SimpliSafe shuts you out of the app. This is why it only gets 3 stars. Now my system is almost useless as I can't make any changes.
5 stars: SimpliSafe was a breeze to install. I had just a little trouble with the camera, so I called them. The lady was very pleasant \u0026 resolved the issue quickly. Sometimes , I accidentally set off my alarm - they're very quick to respond \u0026 always pleasant.
5 stars: The system is easy to install and customizable. You can easily add on when you decide to upgrade. I installed smoke detectors, water sensors and an extra camera a couple months after buying. The water sensors paid for themselves when my ac drip pan was clogged. Also when my garbage disposal started leaking. The water sensors are amazing 👏
5 stars: I am more than pleased with this system and service. After thoroughly shopping every system out there (DIY and installed) Simply Safe stood above the rest with price, app friendliness, and reliability. The service reps to date have been top notch which is exactly what is needed when getting a service such as this. Highly recommend SimplySafe!!
