5 stars: This app is simple and straight forward. Have already recommended to others and know at least one who has purchased. Great product, easy to install and setup. Customizing is easy. I switched from ADT to SimpliSafe because of poor customer service, higher cost, lower quality.
5 stars: The app and system are great. The camera connections tend To be somewhat unreliable however. Don't know if the new app will help with this however. Time will tell.
4 stars: Edit: the app is working now! Last update broke the app. It has worked fine for about 2 years. Since the last update, it cannot connect to the SimpliSafe servers. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not help. I now cannot control my system from my phone.
4 stars: Love our system. Only nitpicky thing is that the siren isn't that loud on the base, need to get a additional siren if you have a bigger home. Edit: Arming Reminder isn't sending the push notification to arm Home if it isn't set like intended after a recent update. Once fixed I will adjust back to 5 stars.

5 stars: Easy to set up. Like the control I have over the settings of cameras. The cost was more than reasonable and no required contracts. No hard pushing to get a system that was more than needed. Recommend to anyone.
