4 stars: The app is wonderful, the product is too. Set up could have been better with clear step by step instructions. I had to call tech support to get it right. But they were great. Also, I don't recommend using the command strips on painted walls. Tile, marble, glass or metal would be ok. I screwed my sensors to the walls, no failures possible that way. All in all it's a great system. And affordable.
5 stars: I really love the system and I would recommend it to anyone just the cords to the outside cameras needed to be a little longer or an a extension to connect the cord, because they have to be plug in a outlet. I had to put a outlet in my attic so I can plug in my outside cameras on the corner of the house. Just a few adjustment needed to be made. But I LOVE THE SYSTEM!!
3 stars: Okay retracting portion of my review given earlier after finally getting a hold of someone from Simplisafe, and them getting my home security system back up an running. For some reason though, on the Simplisafe app, when you click on call tech support, everytime I tried, my call was being left on hold for 15 mins or longer, and then disconnected
5 stars: Easy set up, customer service is always helpfu, l I installed everything myself and the initial person that took my order gave me a great deal so overall very happy with it. gives me peace of mind when I'm away they have great sensors you can add all kinds of stuff to your system smoke detectors, water detectors, that goes on and on ...
