3 stars: I've had v380 for 3 year's now and really like everything about it. But since last update I'm very annoyed. First thing I see as I open up the app is advertisments. What can I do to remove them. Plus the app is constantly buffering and won't load.
4 stars: I was happy at first because it has all that I needed...but then eventually the alarm sound stopped working..it used to make noise before when it alarms but now I can only receive notification everytime it detects movement. I hope you can fix it and make some update coz we almost got robbed but the cctv did not alarm or make a sound it defeats the purpose of the security cam. But the price is really affordable
3 stars: Record on SD card always stopped and it seems that they want you to avail their own TF card or own storage cloud. Its unfair because we did bought and choose their cctv but ofcourse we want a little cheaper storage but we can't choose other storage even if its compatible.. I am verry happy at first but I am also dis appointed because I need a lot of time to always format the SD Card.. 7x a week..
4 stars: Good app. User friendly...not sure whether my rating them 4 is correct because I wish the cam has option of auto rotate by itself. We have to do it manually. The cam is good and so is th app. My thoughts...so no hard feelings for 4 ratings. Absolutely value for money..except that 1 flaw...which I wanted...may be it's too much to ask at that price
