5 stars: The app is more than perfect. I love everything about it! Its usefulness is represented by the level of detail that went into everything about it. It s perfect for beginners and for advanced people as well. I have discovered so many types and styles of breathing. The price for the full version for life is £10. These guys are basically giving it for free. I am more than grateful to the people who put time into this, they are life savers!
5 stars: Love this app. This helps you try to relax and calm yourself. It helps to keep your BP at a good level. It is easy to get frustrated hyper when you are upset, but this app helps to relax and calm yourself. (That's my opinion).
4 stars: Seems I can only use the CLEAR MIND option. It won't let me switch to CALMING, ANTI STRESS, et al. I would give a higher rating if I could switch. Updated to four stars. It definitely seems to work the way they mention here, but I think if it were easier to navigate...
