5 stars: So far, I’ve had no problems with the app. I had the option of keeping me logged in for 30 days, but I do think I should have the option of staying logged in. Set up was easy and the only issue I’ve had was self-induced: I opened my patio door and was enjoying the cool morning air…then the alarm went off…lol. Really spiked my blood pressure, but I now know the system works great!
4 stars: The app is wonderful, the product is too. Set up could have been better with clear step by step instructions. I had to call tech support to get it right. But they were great. Also, I don't recommend using the command strips on painted walls. Tile, marble, glass or metal would be ok. I screwed my sensors to the walls, no failures possible that way. All in all it's a great system. And affordable.
5 stars: So far I have nothing but praise for Simplisafe. I have contacted their customer service several times during installation and have found them to be accessable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Installation of the system's components could not be be easier. I was worried about doing the setup myself and thought I would pay for the $79 pro setup help, but thankfully I just did it without paying for the extra help.
