4 stars: Good but getting in can seem slow and clunky. Once in, it's an easy to use app with clear understanding of your available minds and data. One thing I'd like is a simple what your account does and doesn't do, like can you share your data in the 70 use at Home countries.
3 stars: When your data is getting low and you go to the app to find out how much data you have left of the month. When it's low for some reason the developers have decided to put the writing purple upon a purple bar which is almost impossible to read. Well make that impossible to read on a phone screen. Sort it out FFS.
3 stars: Have had problems in the past whenever I change phones. Doesn't let me log in or change password. But it did work today, so I don't need to keep 2019's phone to access it!
3 stars: Update 15.06 I've given it a week and there's been no improvement in my signal at all. I'm still only getting 1 bar on my phone. Reply to Averil - I'm only getting one bar on signal and Data is weak and slow as it regularly goes down to H+ I'm sure it is my local transmitter. My daughter lives just over a mile away and I get 3/4 bars service and 4G all the time! I'm not happy with my phone service at all.
3 stars: Normally app is great. But for some reason it's awful for when you need to upgrade. I don't own photographic ID, which makes upgrading in-store a no go. So I rely on the app, but the moment it goes the delivery page, it never loads and just goes blank. Hope this gets fixed ...
