4 stars: My only complaint is that there needs to be a way how to earn Gems without watching advertisements. Perhaps once every seven or so days a VIP Haircut person (VIH? Very Important Haircut) could come in and request a haircut with a shorter wait time to get said haircut and if you give it to them in time, you get a few Gems. Just an idea.

3 stars: It's a fun game however they need to fix the bug where the workers won't do their job and they will simply stand around doing nothing as the customers build up. I have to close the game and reopen it for it to start working again, which happens too much for me to enjoy the game.
5 stars: It's an awesome idle game, the best I've played so far!! I've put 3 stars because of a quest issue since the latest update. Despite being at max level in certain upgrade, the game thinks I'm a level zero and I can't get the reward for the quest... I hope they fix it soon! Edit: the issue has been fixed!
