5 stars: Recent update challenged my needs. I usually multi task while listening to the app and I was able to until the most recent update. I would select the listen option and play it via bluetooth while I drive, work, or play with my children. Can't do it anymore...turns off immediately after I lock the screen. Update: Resolved!
3 stars: I've been impressed with what I've seen so far of the content. The mobile app sounded good, but the very first thing I noticed was the eye blasting white background. First thing it needs in 2 words: dark mode.
4 stars: ITProTV has some of the best content out there and this app is extremely easy to use. My only issue right now is the lack of support for split view on my Samsung Galaxy S10+. The app does open in split view but if I decide to open another application to take notes, while the video is playing, the content stops playing. Also, the ability to download an entire course with a single click would be extremely efficient.
5 stars: My only gripe is that when you search for a video you have to go through all the videos at once because they're not categorized, for example, there is no Supporting and troubleshooting laptops section seperated from the next section which would be Supporting and troubleshooting mobile devices. I have to go to online to see where the section starts and stops. Besides that awesome job on the new app.
