5 stars: This is the app I use for finding any type of healthcare and services in my plan. I'm finding it extremely helpful and easy to use. Thank God because it was stressful trying to navigate this stuff through the actual plans website.
5 stars: Very user friendly, convenient, and gives a wide range of options. It's incredibly helpful to have a list of doctors and their information all listed in one spot. Saves a lot of time and frustration trying to find someone close and in network!

3 stars: The app doesn't appear to pick up all of the records from partner programs. The Hello Heart tracker has daily readings, the Hello Heart app uploads these. They aren't credited through Castlight.
4 stars: Pretty great - videos load slowly though. When I access castlight from a laptop on wifi the videos play fine. When I access through the app on the same wifi, the videos take like 5 minutes to load a 2 minute video
