5 stars: This app got me into mindfulness big time, which is something I had been trying to do for a while but the habit never really stuck. I love their guided mediations and I have done all them already, including the ones in Spanish. I love this app for tracking my sleep, exercise, and diet. I feel very accomplished when I see I’ve hit all my daily targets.

This app seems really good and comprehensive but it has too much going on and I don't see a reason to switch from the fasting app. If you want something that does more than the fasting app then this is great.
