3 stars: No volume adjustment? After a snooze, the alarm volume goes almost to the max and it is so loud and annoying. I love this app's look and feel but I don't like the annual subscription policy at all. It should be possible to pay monthly and not only yearly. I get it, the developer team needs a paycheck and the servers need their funds, but asking annual payments is overkill for a smartphone app.
5 stars: I love this app. My daughter showed me this. I had a problem with subscription going from Premium back to Free which I was upset because I really love the features. I was very impressed with their ability to return my Premium subscription in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this app and love all the stories and music etc. Thank you.
3 stars: Paid for 1 year and like it because of the snoring tracking, However it’s not that accurate, I use a Withings scan watch for sleep tracking which thus far seems to be 95% plus more accurate, if you are really interested in accurate sleep tracking then I would not recommend a subscription, I would how ever recommend withings scan watch.
