5 stars: I finished the 6 week program and moved into the maintenance program. My symptoms have decreased both in frequency and severity. A hundred bucks seemed like alot to pay 2 months ago. But I've changed my mind given the results. The app itself is pretty basic technology; it's the content that works.

5 stars: Before starting this program, i tried all kinds of probiotics and my stomach pain was so bad that I gave up on eating outside of home. It's been two weeks into the program, I've started eating anything I want and all my stomach pain has disappeared that I have given up on taking probiotics. Never would I have imagined hypnotherapy being this effective. I'm in total shock!
5 stars: Relaxing and supportive. I don't have diagnosed IBS, but sometimes get related symptoms. Hypnotherapy has been helpful for me with other issues and this app offers several different ways to heal from the inside through the subconscious. My symptoms have reduced considerably since I started using the app about four months ago. Thank you for creating it for people to experiment with.
