4 stars: overall the experience is good. but they add extra charges later on when you book which should not be there. the price shown should be the final price of the booking.
5 stars: There is lot of latency issue in this app...frequently i have seen couple of time..and you can add more features like..for tracking purpose we can use the app itself ..other than any other third party links..thank you
4 stars: Its a user friendly app however the only feature that makes me mark it a 4 star is that once seats are selected and if we are not able to pay that time , the next time we retry for the same journey the seats earlier tried remains selected and we cannot select it neither the bus operator can book it for other passengers online.
3 stars: It once happened that the app showed me the wrong departure time, delayed by 10 minutes. Fortunately I reached the boarding point ahead of time, otherwise would have missed the bus.
5 stars: Fantastic app so far I used. Almost everytime. Sometime hiccups are there with every other app. But queries are resolved Or handled in a very manipulative way. Appreciate it.
