3 stars: It's a good app. But disappointed that they topped up my wallet and give you 2 days to use it and after you don't use it they just delete it. What's the point in that. Like I said good app but some of the customer service is dead. You don't get a real human to help it's a bot honestly if there were other apps that have the same user interface I'd use that app.
5 stars: 1st order is free and the service was perfect I could even see what is happening in the order. But the driver dont know how to speak English big problem how to communicate. But overall it's fine.
4 stars: This app has been freezing on a (Connection Failed screen) in the past several days without any improvement. Tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app with no positive finding. This issue only found it in my phone (Oneplus 6). On other phones the app is working flawlessly. Please fix this issue
3 stars: No more tracking order 👎🏼 So much improvements in delivery time and variety of restaurants. But I hope you change the rating of the restaurant and the driver to more than thumbs up and thumbs down, it should be at least a scale of 5, with a comment. I think it's not fair for the restaurants, drivers, and customers.
