4 stars: I used Netflix, this is my first time using Amazon prime video , why is the video quality so poor I thought it might be my net but it's not! Usually at first if there is a net problem video quality get low but after watching for a few minutes it's quality gets better but this app isn't like that. Please check and give proper quality video!
4 stars: Overall experience is great just sucks when you click free to me it still shows you interesting movies, shows etc that you have to pay for!! What's the point and clicking free to me?!😒 I love that it's always something new and entertaining to watch as well. I can also connect to my tv so that makes it even better when I don't want to hold a phone for hours to view programming!🤗
4 stars: The app is fine, I have bought a lot of items from Amazon with this app. But ever since Amazon started delivering their own packages things have not been so good. Their drivers never seem to put the package where they're supposed to, maybe they just can't read. I suspect they just don't care.
4 stars: What a outstanding app. But I will give it a 4star mainly cause the interface is a little difficult to interact with. In the search engine you have to type the exact words or the result wouldn't show up. Lastly it does not have a option to change the video quality. But there's a lot of promising content. Like prime gives the best content ever. Looking forward so that Amazon fix these issues.
