5 stars: My previous problems have been resolved. Somehow the password I had in my records didn't work. I had to reset it. Also, I had selected the wrong type of plan. That's why the app refused to let me create an account.
5 stars: Updated software has made it very easy to navigate. It is appreciated by not only the ones who might have a little trouble navigating and for the ones who don't. Transparency and simplicity when it comes to health insurance is important.
5 stars: I've only been exploring this app for a short time , but I find it is easy to navigate and helpful in finding the information you need. Everything seems straightforward and the UI is clean and crisp.
3 stars: App doesn't indicate why login and password do not work... Then gives message that i have too many attempts. Worthless. Update - re-installed app and it seems to be working (fingerprint too)...
4 stars: Initial impressions are great. Makes it easy to view insurance card, find providers, and to designate a primary. Would want to use it s bit more before giving the big 5.
