5 stars: App is great, but Wendy's needs to have a separate spot for people who place the order on the app because our food will be ready before someone just ordering and we have to wait in the drive-thru line just to pick it up.
3 stars: To place an order is fine but to leave a feedback or complaint doesn't work at all, when they verified that you are not a robot and hit send it give you a timeout message over and over, so you are not able to send the message
3 stars: Love wendys. The app is buggy. Trying to use $2 off MD BPMM combo but it keeps having an error. The problem i think is because the MD BPMM is listed under cheeseburgers, NOT COMBOS. So to add it the app makes me go cheeseburgers \u003e MD BPMM \u003e COMBO, but this yields the error that the MD BPMM isn't a combo. Dumb. UPDATE: coupon worked only when I added the MD BPMM combo and any other item. Weird.
3 stars: Only used the app once to order. Have not used again because it does not allow all of the drink options. It is missing certain drinks and flavours. Definitely needs to add all of the drink options.
