4 stars: This app has been freezing on a (Connection Failed screen) in the past several days without any improvement. Tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app with no positive finding. This issue only found it in my phone (Oneplus 6). On other phones the app is working flawlessly. Please fix this issue
3 stars: No more tracking order 👎🏼 So much improvements in delivery time and variety of restaurants. But I hope you change the rating of the restaurant and the driver to more than thumbs up and thumbs down, it should be at least a scale of 5, with a comment. I think it's not fair for the restaurants, drivers, and customers.
4 stars: Worst customer service that ever existed I am editing my review after being contacted by Hunger Station email support team, who resolved my previous issues and were extremely helpful and understanding. I'm leaving this at 4 stars because I still believe the lack of direct phone support hinders the communication heavily, making it still hard to resolve immediate issues.
3 stars: So far I have good experience. Timely delivery without any issue. But I have just one problem I always receive message ''Want 50% Discount Sign in \u0026 Order now using code ---- and get 50% discount'' when I do this they send message this offer for first timer. I don't know if Huger Station knows I am not the beginner than why I receive this message everyday
