5 stars: Good afternoon, I downloaded the app for my daughter and I was charged but the app did not recognized it, I am still unable to go further from number 3. Edit: I wrote the email and I was provided steps to troubleshoot, it worked. My babies are happy learning the numbers. 🙌🏻
