3 stars: I give a three star rating because my experience has been pretty average. It seems a fair amount of times I want to order the stores say \
4 stars: Better prices compared to competitors just 2 things bother me 1. Delivery times are very long and i work in a restaurant that uses deliveroo and its always 40 min wait time for drivers to come. 2. There should a way to able to write note about you order or something in your order because then you have to call the restaurants and they tend to forget.
3 stars: Ok in general - when doesnt work, very annoying. They have restaurants that are not open and they don't inform in the app so you can place orders and wait for nothing. It happened twice with same restaurant, with one week in between. Not solved even when calling twice to client service. Should be quicker, or having some kind of reporr feature, to enable or disable restaurants.
3 stars: There are improvements to be made to make it easier on the restaurant for a better customer experience. Particularly when it comes to dietary requirements. Sometimes there is a box at the end of your order to submit a note like \
5 stars: I have used all three platforms - Grab, foodpanda and Deliveroo. Grab tends to deliver the food cold, probably from the delays in transit. Foodpanda is somewhere in between. Deliveroo is the best. This is of course empirical, but I believe the algorithm behind the system plays a big part in this too.
