3 stars: Pretty good but still needs simplification of the whole SBB ticketing system in general. If you get it wrong on the app, your going to have to pay at least CHF100 fine 😬. Still no Google pay or Apple pay? It's the 21st century guys! Still no cheap way way to buy a 'Halbtax- discount card' for for weekly tourist. The cost is virtually the same for a monthly 'Halbtax as it is for 6 months and thus is a stealth tax on tourists😠
4 stars: Thank you for helping me with my half-fare problem ! :) But now I have a problem with my GA 🤦🏻\u200d♀️ It's not even an app problem at this point, it's a whole Swisspass problem. I've been having nothing but problems with them for a year now 🤦🏻\u200d♀️ But the app is still good !
5 stars: EasyRide function is actually saving me money. I used to spend more on tickets before I used the EasyRide function. Can highly recommend to use this feature.
4 stars: Sometimes takes forever to load the tickets, while other internet based apps work fine.
3 stars: The app refused to show already synced ticket for minutes during ticket control. I'll stop trusting this app with my tickets.
