3 stars: Make this app open in emergency even without doing recent update. Now, if there is no space in phone then it won't update and if it is not updated it won't open. And update the correction and address change, we updated it on app but in office they are still giving old card.
4 stars: Nice digital way to get voter facilities. But need to improve more. The process is taking bit more time to complete.

4 stars: In the Voter Helpline app there is no option coming to enter EPIC Number during the case of Form Transfer/Shifting. Please see if the problem can be solved

5 stars: Updated residential address is not reflected with new address. Personal vault also shows old residential address only. Need to improve the app with latest information.
