4 stars: Mostly ok except pin location. Yea - no. Your pin system is different from user and rider. Often times, i had to look for the rider because its redirecting the pin on other location so I use GrabFood instead. Sorry
5 stars: Good app. Fast delivery. Low cost of delivery fee. The only problem is, stores in this app is limited.
3 stars: Good enough. There are lot of restaurants you can order from and I think a lot more are being added. Unfortunately, delivery is not available from our family address for unknown reason, location is in Sta. Cruz, Manila and this has not been fixed since I last message them.
4 stars: It is quiet a good service. Similar to grab food but fortunately your price is a bit cheaper, which is a good thing. The only thing I wish is that you will have more good restaurant to be partnered or offered.
4 stars: Please add a cashless wallet/payment feature. I do not like COD and would prefer a payment method with something similar to Grabpay.
3 stars: Not efficient. Ive ordered 3x and the store was closed. But in the app, its open.
