4 stars: Its great app but it can use some slight changes. Like a countdown timer before starting the exercise. Beginners like me cannot get all the information they need about the exercise from the gifs. It would be great if you can include some tips about how to do the exercises correctly. Giving out tips during the workout using voice works even better.
5 stars: Love how you can adjust the time and difficulty and there is a lot of flexibility and options. I'm not big on using equipment and love pushing reps by time limits. I've only used or for a week, but I've used a few other apps and this is by far my favorite! And the price is right too 😉
4 stars: So far so good, sometimes it forgets to tell you to start a new exercise. But that is my only complaint. I also wish there was a way to keep certain exercises out, for instance, I am not a burpee person but they are thrown in on the HIIT workouts. Not a huge problem I just do something else, but would be nice if we could replace before we start
4 stars: Nice app. The workouts are exactly what I was looking for to burn a few calories while at home. Although I think there is a bug in the Google Fit integration. When I did a 25 minute light cardio workout it told me I burned 326 calories. But Google Fit only shows 136 calories for the same workout. This has been the same for every workout.
